I was deciding whether to post more articles I have written onto this personal trainer & fitness website.
Then I thought "no", why post the same content that everyone else is posting!
So I decided to keep a journal of my/our daily fitness, exercise and recreation activities.
Hopefully this will have more of an effect in inspiring people to go out and exercise, lose weight, play more sport or what ever they are into relevant to fitness.
