circumference of your waistline and abdominal area.
A weak abdominal wall...well, we all know what that looks like!
A weak lower back...that can mean a whole host of bad things.
The
worst case scenario most notably leading to compression on, or a
pinching of the sciatic nerve. A lessor condition can also be a lumbar
vertebral shifting or mis-aligment caused by weak erector spinae
muscles. This can also lead to that nasty looking "belly" protrusion.
Simply put...a weak lower back makes your abdominal wall stick out like
you're 9 months pregnant!
