While most expats would like to have their glory days back, the reality is that most are between the ages of 35 and 60 and are in need of the fitness aspect more than anything else.
Bangkok Personal Trainer Martial Arts programs are all designed to provide ultimate fitness while at the same time teaching the proper techniques, education of sport and safe methods of training.
Bangkok Personal Trainer uses fitness methods of Muay Thai Kickboxing as it's focal point of Martial Arts training.  We have found over the course of our many years of experience as personal trainers that there is no better or more effective way to get slim, toned and lose weight and fat than with kickboxing.
Most of our Martial Arts fitness programs are combined with circuit training techniques as well as core fitness exercises so that you can experience a total body workout while burning the maximum amount of calories per session.

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING (Cardio Kickboxing)
Bangkok Personal Trainer Muay Thai Kickboxing involves all of the punches and kicks used in the actual ring if a person were fighting.  Now, we know that most are not wanting to be fighters so, with fitness in mind, we have a very special program which delivers all of these elements into one incredible hour of calorie and fat burning fun.
The program consists of kicks (low round house, diagonal round house, high round house, front push kick), punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), ab work, core work, cardio work, as well as back kicks and side kicks for your glutes which are not normally included in Muay Thai training.
Full pads are used including kick pads, focus mits and/or boxing & MMA gloves.
Bangkok Personal Trainer provides all pads for the client.
