This particular stretch program has a gentle flow which stretches you from head to toe involving all the muscles in your body.
Elements of yoga play a major role in this relaxing hour of stretching as you unwind from the world and enter into zen.

SPORTS STRETCH
This particular hour of stretching involves relaxing and lengthening the muscles which play a major role in your personal training sessions.
We really hit the muscles hard during our personal trainer sessions with you so we feel strongly that ample emphasis should be placed on relieving muscular tension so as to aid in the muscle repair and growth process.
Two separate types of stretch disciplines are implemented. One is a series of standing stretches and the second is the series of floor stretches. Both are terrific at relieving muscular tension and provide maximum comfort.
We teach you how to stretch as we go along during this session so that you can perform these stretches on your own in the comfort of your home.
Each and every muscle is relaxed as we go through the series of stretches which flow in an intelligent and gentle manner.
