Making Time For Fitness

"I'll get back to you". "I'll try to find some time and do it". These are time wasters and people who will always not have what they talk about wanting. You see, they don't want it bad enough. Bangkok is the King of "I'll get back to you". I've never trained in a city (and I have trained all over the world) where people are so NOT fitness minded in a serious sense. In addition, they are flakey to say the least. Thailand is the land of Thai people not wanting to give their money to a foreigner trainer. It's also the land of foreign Expats spending their discretionary income not on personal training, but rather on going to islands, drinking at go-go bars or opting for inexpensive spas, manicures, pedicures, botox etc; Fitness training is not in the picture in the land of anything goes at a really cheap price. I'm here to say go ahead and enjoy your time here if you are an Expat. Go ahead and do your homeland thing if you are a Thai, but remember you only have one body. Take care of it. Personal training is not a necessity in life, however keeping fit and healthy is. We are the Cross Training Experts here at X-FIT. We are not only the Cross Training Experts, but also the fitness advice experts! We say "get out there and get some fitness! Slow down with the excuses and start making time for the healthy things in your life. You don't need to go nuts and train 3 hours a day. Start with something easy and a time frame which is manageable. Let's things progress at a pace which feels right. You will feel fabulous once you start to modify your lifestyle in a more healthy and positive manner. Get out there and enjoy life!
