Our standing stretch is exactly how it sounds. Our clients stand throughout the duration of this stretch. It's a leg and lower body focused stretch involving a lot of reaching with a straightened back.
Horizontal / Seated Stretch
Our Seated Stretch is a more relaxing stretch designed for increasing flexibility in your entire body.
There are more "points" in this stretch program so more time is taken to perform it. The Seated Stretch can be a one hour session by itself if our clients really want to relax and be completely free of any muscle soreness or tightness.
Our Flo Stretch is quick and effective. Each point flows into the next stretch posture so there is no abrupt moving, standing or flailing of body parts to get into the next position. Everything slows together into one beautifully choreographed stretch sequence.
